Arkishra Toribio Manuel is name that was reported to the Philippine National Police that scammed Allan Toor in a dating website called “Cherry Blossom”. Arkishra Toribio Manuel used the pictures of a Filipina singer and actress Karylle to fool Allan Toor.

Allan Toor reported that he have sent P100,000 for the processing of Arkishra’s papers for her trip to Florida but she has not arrived.
